RATES

  - $75.00 per night per room plus tax (currently 9%), single
    or double occupancy (one double bed available per room).
  - $225.00 per night plus tax (currently 9%) for entire B&B.
  - Rooms can be reserved with Visa or MasterCard.
  - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Travelers' Checks, Personal
    Checks, Cash.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

  - Check-in: 4 - 8 pm.
  - Check-out: 11 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  - Notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill
    your rooms.
  - Any rooms remaining unfilled will be billed to you at the
    rates above.

OTHER POLICIES

  - Children 12 and over welcome.
  - Children under 12 welcome when renting entire B&B.
  - Pets must stay elsewhere to ensure safety of local
    wildlife.
  - River's Edge Café Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free
    establishment.
